The Journey
Over 12 weeks we move from Earth to Cosmos through the voice and chakras, anchoring sound through the body’s energetic architecture so your voice becomes stable, embodied and wildly alive.
Jane and I have a foundation of content and experience to share, and are excited to see what unfolds in the spaces of sonic play as we tone and channel together, listening deeply through our body megaphones!

Each Weeks Live Call we will explore:
The Resonance of the weeks chakra, opening with a Sonic Activation & Channeling with Elisha and Jane, a guided Chakra/Biofield Attunement Meditation, some Vocal Technique and Free Play, and chat about wild things like our electro-magnetic body’s, our Biofields, plasma science, water consciousness, multi-dimensional vision, coherence, conductivity, neuroplasticity, fascia intelligence… and all sorts of mysterious, wild things!
We’ll finish with a group Vocal Channeling, then let the silence open portals where key information, vision, mystery and magic can reveal itself.

But first…
Channeling with Jane
Before we dive into the Weekly Scope of this Journey (below)…
I wanted to share how channeling with Jane — my 60-something year old friend, mentor, and cosmic-kid from New Zealand — has opened the full spectrum and frequency of my voice, and ‘knowing’ of my role as a Sonic Activator.
This last 2 years has been such a powerful doorway home to my true resonance, and multidimensional Self.
Rewind to 2025, 1 year after meeting Jane through our beloved Gloria…
‘It’s as easy as eating an ice-cream’! Jane said.
So… amidst energetically constipating self doubt and self judgement, fear of ridicule or outcast… we’d chat and I’d channel sound, maybe once or twice a month.
For 5 minutes I’d just allow the sounds, tones, frequencies and ‘language’ to flow through me. Jane would share what she’d ‘seen’, with inner vision, working with the crystalline energy field of Gaia and the greater cosmos, activating in, and through her body, and energy structures, and of the remembrance of past/other lifetimes. Then we’d do it a couple more times… laugh, marvel at the mystery and hang up!
As Jane translated the information she saw flowing through the sound I was conducting through my body and voice… the self-judgement and self-gaslighting has faded to fully embrace the divine mystery, and become a clearer, more playful Sonic Channel.
A little background on the shift from Vocal constipation to uninhibited play…

14 Years ago, I somehow, very surprisingly, found myself as lead singer in a band, with zero true confidence, a well developed bluff and cheekiness hiding my deep insecurity (life patterns!). Fast forward to 2014 and a spiritual, self-love crisis and I entered the world of Bowen Therapy (myo-fascial release), mindfulness, sound healing, energy healing, mediumship, plant spirits and vibrational medicines.
Over this time I began writing music and using my voice as a healing tool in 1:1 and group sessions, guided by resonance, client feedback and group ‘miracles’. Little by little, I experienced neuro-placsticity at work, reprogramming the crippling self doubt and criticism, the subconscious self violence and loud resistances, until I loosened my vocal chords and started loving my voice, was then asked if I would teach others to open their voices… and began sharing Wild Song Workshops.
10 years in, I was introduced to Jane by our gorgeous friend Gloria and the Journey deepened dramatically!
For the last 2 years in 1:1 Sessions with Jane (and recently group channeling sessions) I have slowly been learning to trust the ‘weirdness’ and primal, non-sensical nature of the frequencies, sounds and multi-dimensional language that flow through my body instrument now that I’ve given my inner child full permission to take the reins.
It’s still mysterious and strange to me, and I love the freedom, the joyful, and often hilarious nature of these sessions. Most of all, I feel so aligned with Jane’s playfulness and give-no-fxs vibes… she is as much of a kid as my 4 year old son! Such a delightfully unserious, sovereign, self assured, cosmic Kid!
It’s been a steep lesson in radical self acceptance for me, reprogramming crippling self judgement around the non-conventional, ‘unpretty’, ‘illogical’ sounds, melodies and frequencies that come through…
but the intriguing visuals of the multidimensional architecture weaving through our sound, described by Jane and other participants we have been playing with, has left no doubt in my mind that there is power beyond our wildest imagination flowing through the uninhibited resonance and frequency of our bodies, hearts and voices… it has truly become a playground for me free-styling with my voice in this way.
So, yes…
this is a Vocal Liberation and Biofield Attunement course Even more than that… it is a remembering of ourselves as vibrational beings, each a powerful player of Universal Creation.
